Please note that 48 hours notice is required to cancel or re-schedule appointments, otherwise a 50% charge will be incurred. No shows will incur a 100% charge for the treatment.

We are currently unable to offer step free access to the clinic or disabled toilet facilities. If you would like to check specific access information with us, please get in touch via telephone or email. Where we are unable to provide services to any disabled clients we will seek to give details of an alternative provider.

You may have a chaperone present during any consultation, assessment, treatments or review appointment. If you wish to bring a chaperone please let us know when booking your appointment.

Gift vouchers for The Malvern are available in two forms:

Monetary values in order that the recipient may choose their preferred treatment. Available in £5, £10, £25, £50 denominations and multiples thereof - other specific values upon request.

Pre-specified treatments (including specified retail products if desired). This is so that the recipient isn't necessarily aware of the value of the gift being received. As with specific value vouchers above, these gift vouchers need to be pre-ordered - one working day is normally sufficient.
